Policies, Terms & Agreements

1. Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice – Sessions are not a substitute for medical advice and treatment, or counseling, psychological and therapeutic support. 2. Self- Responsibility – You understand and agree to take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and responses before, during, and after any session. Kiran Azeez is not liable for outcomes or decisions made in relation to this work. 3. Referrals and Resources – Any referrals or resources are shared as suggestions only, not endorsements. 4. Cancellation Policy – 48-hour notice is required for cancellations and reschedules. In the event of a no-show or when 48-hour notice isn't given, 100% of your service will be incurred as a fee. Emergencies are taken into consideration on an individual basis. 5. Session Type Policy – If you've selected 'Phone Call' as your session type, I will call you at the phone number provided at your scheduled time. You agree to be responsible for your availability, and for having reliable phone service, as any time elapsed due to not answering, or not calling back timely will be forfeited. 6. Privacy Policy – We will never share, sell or misuse your information. This space is one of respect, integrity, privacy and confidentiality. You agree not to share, copy, or distribute in part or in whole any information shared in session. 7. Recording and Attendance Policy – Audio and video recording, and AI transcription of sessions is not permitted. Additional attendees are not permitted. 8. Texting Policy – Texting is not permitted. If questions arise after your session, you may email me or book another Intuitive Energy Healing or Integration Support session on my website.
